these terms are the agreement between you and komkat studio for the loggoo mobile app. plain version: loggoo is a private daily log, your content is yours, purchases are one-time, and we ask you not to break the app or the law with it.

1 · who we are

loggoo is published by komkat studio ("we", "us"). you can reach us any time at komkat.studio@gmail.com. by downloading or using loggoo you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2 · your licence to use loggoo

we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use loggoo on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. you may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our source code, and you may not remove the loggoo watermark from generated frames in order to pass the output off as another product.

3 · no account, and what that means

loggoo does not require you to create an account. because there is no account, we cannot recover your moments for you if you lose your device, uninstall the app, or reset it without a backup. keeping cloud backup switched on, or exporting the frames you care about, is your safety net.

4 · your content

photos, moods, notes and frames you create in loggoo are yours. we claim no ownership of them and no licence to use them. they are stored on your device, and — only if you switch it on — in your own cloud storage account. you are responsible for having the right to photograph and store the people, places and material you log.

5 · acceptable use

do not use loggoo to store or share content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights or privacy. do not interfere with the app's operation, attempt to bypass purchase verification, or use automated means to access features you have not bought.

6 · purchases and refunds

logging is free. some content — additional mood face packs and frame templates — is sold as a one-time in-app purchase. all payments are processed by the apple app store or google play, not by us; we never see your card details. purchases are tied to the store account that bought them and can be restored on that platform. refunds are handled under apple's or google's policies, so refund requests go to them; write to us anyway if something went wrong and we will help where we can.

7 · optional cloud sync and backup

if you enable backup or sync, loggoo writes a copy of your data into your own icloud or google account. that storage is governed by apple's or google's terms, and its availability, capacity and pricing are outside our control. we do not operate a loggoo server holding your photos or notes.

8 · changes to the app

we improve loggoo continuously and may add, change or retire features. if we ever have to retire a feature you paid for, we will say so in the release notes and offer a reasonable equivalent. we may also stop supporting older operating system versions.

9 · disclaimer — loggoo is not health care

loggoo helps you notice patterns in how your days feel. it is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and its trends and observations are not clinical advice. if you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional or a local support line.

the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

10 · limitation of liability

to the extent permitted by law, komkat studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost content arising from your use of loggoo. where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.

11 · ending these terms

you may stop using loggoo and delete the app at any time. we may suspend your licence if you materially breach these terms — for example by attempting to circumvent purchases. sections 4, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12 · governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which komkat studio is established, without affecting consumer protections that apply where you live. disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by email.

13 · updates to these terms

if we change these terms materially, we will update the date above and note it in the app release notes. continuing to use loggoo after a change means you accept the revised terms.
